There is simply no better way to learn music than having your own music evaluated by an expert or watching a peer get their music evaluated. Join us for a 2-hour online group master class chock full of wisdom and advice from experienced arrangers Greg Howlett and Faye Lopez.
As we work with students, we will spend plenty of time discussing arranging ideas, texture, reharmonization and much more. You will walk away with plenty of things you can apply to your own music.
Do you want to participate?
If you are a pianist and you want to be evaluated either on your performance or arranging/composing, you are welcome to apply to be one of the eight participants that we will have time to work with.
Technical requirements: You will need a solid internet connection (DSL/Cable) and a computer or device with a webcam. You do not need to go out and buy expensive equipment but it is important that we can hear you well.
Do you want to just watch?
If you just want to watch and learn, all you need is a good internet connection (DSL/Cable).
NOTE: If you purchase the Participant level admission and those spots are full, we will contact you to see if you want a full refund or just a partial refund down to the Observer level.
There are no prerequisites if you want to be an observer.
If you want to be a participant, you must have the ability to stream yourself performing your piece (audio and video). Ideally, you will provide a written copy of your piece but that is not required.
What is your return policy?
If you purchase a slot but cannot attend, please notify us prior to the event and we will refund your money.
